Why dont people see being a professional has f all to do with :
Wearing a suit
Having a short haircut.
Not having any extream or creative style
not having tattoos or piecings.
Not showing andy public display of affection
Not dating collegues
Not dating 6th formers or uni students if you are their lecturer/teacher and still young yourself ie early twenties.
Not playing pranks
Not checking out porn (as long as not pushed on anyone)
Not sending love emails to and from spouces
Not using mobile phones
Not getting other work
As really I could not give a moneys butt about any of that as long as the job got done and done well.
Ie if I call a plumber I want my pipes fixed, and tidy after. For them to have the tools and common spare parts. To be aware of saety if kids around.
Likewise If I employ a mechanic I want a nice safe car, no messed up paintwork and tidy inside, done quick and the workmanship to last.
If its a teacher I would want my kid to be well educated,
Surely a good company of professionals is a bunch of good at their jobs who take pridein good result. Who look after their junior staff like a parent making the company like a family where all look out for each other with a common goals.
And within that as long as my car got safely fixed (hell pleases if they fixed other stuff within the time for no extra cost) I would not care if they had a quicky at work and if I walked in and saw workers snogging. As long as my job was done. Id be like ahh thats soooo sweet they’re in love.

As for a suit… Whats the big deal… Its some impratical costume with a accessery clearly designed to land in food or machinery with flat no grip shoes designed for accidents and sore feet.
